    Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team.

    Work with Leaders of Talent Acquisition team to identify ways to provide a best-in-class candidate experience, review processes across all touch points of the candidate and hiring manager lifecycle.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be a strategic thought-partner in collaboration with other HR teams (Operations, HRBP team, etc.) in support of long-term company expansion and growth.

    Responsible for delivering and expanding our TA processes, tools, systems, and data analytics which enable the recruiting team to grow the company and take us to the next stage of our transformation.

    Provide process and system support for the Talent Acquisition team including, all on-boarding activity, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.

    What Youll Do Build out recruiting metrics, reporting, and dashboards leveraging internal tools and making recommendations for new metricsIdentify opportunities for operational excellence, both efficiency and effectivenessSupport building a world-class candidate experience and ensure that both the vision and execution are shared company-wideManage relationship and accountability with background check vendors, being involved in escalated incidences where on-time completion is not expectedAct as ATS (Lever) subject matter expert across the business; own all account creation, troubleshooting, and reporting within LeverLead weekly new hire orientation in partnership with other HR team members; presenting on benefits and enrollment, trainings, and answering new hire questions to provide the best first day experience possible for our new employeesDevelop and deliver new user training on systems and processes, and collaborate on creation and distribution of training material to relevant stakeholdersEstablish consistency in the interview structure and process including how we leverage our system in partnership with TA leadersWhat Youll Bring Minimum 4 years of Talent acquisition, onboarding, and operations experienceDeep understanding of modern Applicant Tracking Systems (knowledge of Lever preferred)Experience working successfully in a high-growth, fast-paced environmentAdvanced abilities in Microsoft Office tools and ATS reporting toolsProven use of data and analytics to drive decisionsBe a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguityAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlinesProven ability to successfully work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goalsConfident communicator who can establish new processes, provide appropriate documentation, and train others accordinglyStrong Data Analysis skillsWhy Youll Want to Join Us At Coalfire, youll find the support you need to thrive personally and professionally.

    At Coalfire, equal opportunity and pay equity is integral to the way we do business. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role is $MIN to $MAX based on national salary averages.

    The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors.

    You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
