    TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

    Status :
    Full-time; Exempt

    Compensation : 60-75k + Bonus

    Location :
    Remote, NM, AZ, CO, NV preferred
    Summary
    This person will partner with a region to lead talent acquisition efforts.
    This person will be able to work remotely for the majority of their work time with
    travel needed within their region or to local communities of up to 10-15% of
    time.
    Duties and Responsibilities of the Position
    The Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for a region. You will lead the efforts of
    sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for all levels of community staff
    within the region while being part of the Human Resources team in supporting
    our communities in having top level talent to provide care to our treasured
    residents.

    Job Duties
    Build, maintain and continuously improve a company-wide recruitment strategy
    with a focus on unique needs of each community for success in hiring and
    retaining top talent.
    Report on recruiting metrics and analytics on a regular cadence.
    Identify and support different sourcing strategies to support high growth with a
    focus on obtaining prime relationships with passive talent.
    Collaborate with community and regional leadership to establish trust and
    credibility across the organization. Show an understanding and model of the
    company culture, support business objectives and demonstrate partnership for a
    strategy for each community.
    Oversee compliance with organizational hiring standards and internal policies
    and procedures. Ensures compliance with all employment regulations and laws.
    Assists in developing and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, best
    practices in compensation strategies and overall employer of choice model.
    Apply continuous learning within the industry, regions of operation and general,
    innovative talent attraction strategies.
    Drive the quality of the employee experience, engagement, retention and
    recruitment effectiveness.
    Train interviewers and hiring managers within the region to use best practices
    that are legal and effective in identification of top talent.
    Continuously improve ATS and other tools and processes to create a better
    candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience that is scalable for growth.
    Be the subject matter expert on best utilization of job posting sites and tools
    (such as Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to best utilize budget and best
    market our recruiting brand across multiple outlets.

    Job Qualifications

    Knowledge:
    Demonstrated subject matter expertise in recruiting, development
    of employer brand, behavioral based interviewing, and successful implementation
    of recruiting technology.

    Experience:
    Minimum three years' experience in high-pace, multi-site recruiting
    with strong preference of experience in senior living, healthcare or closely related
    industry.

    Education:
    A college degree is preferred but not necessary if work experience
    fulfills requirements and skills needed to do the job.

    Human Resources:
    Knowledge of HR laws and best practices while being
    committed to the specialty of recruiting.

    Technology and Systems:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, adept at using data to
    show success/opportunities of recruiting efforts, and proven ability to access,
    implement and continuously improve recruiting technology and media.

    Travel:
    This position is expected to travel up to %.
