    We are seeking a passionate individual with an expertise in school-based clinician recruitment, who also exudes a positive attitude and a strong desire to help children and families live their best lives.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Recruiting of school-based clinical candidates including: Speech Language Pathologists, School-Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Assistants
    • Confers with management to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills
    • Attracts qualified applicants by writing and placing effective job ads in various media and develops and coordinates internal job posting program
    • Cultivate relationships/maintain current relationships to assist with the placement of clinicians within the school-based services line
    • Working with Marketing and Sales team to maintain recruiting presence
    • Meeting with other departments and leadership to continuously improve the recruitment process

    What you need to have:
    • Demonstrated success as in-house recruiter, staffing consultant or similar position
    • Experience with sourcing low supply, hard-to-find candidates.
    • Experience taking candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance
    • Passion for what we do
    Salary $55,000 - $65,000, Compensation based on experience
