As we continue to elevate the standards of fine dining, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team.

    Position Overview:

    The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our luxury restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of all aspects of the business to maintain our reputation for excellence. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of quality and service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and enhance the restaurant's competitive position.
    • Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate the operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to food and beverage service, kitchen operations, guest relations, and facilities management.
    • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess operational performance and identify opportunities for optimization and cost control.
    • Guest Experience:
    • Champion a guest-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring that every guest receives personalized attention and enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
    • Proactively address guest feedback and concerns, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement in service quality and guest satisfaction.
    • Talent Development:
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to department heads and operational staff, empowering them to excel in their roles and deliver outstanding results.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, regulatory agencies, and community partners, to support business objectives and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
    • Represent the restaurant in external forums and industry events, serving as a brand ambassador and advocate for excellence in hospitality.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the luxury hospitality industry, with specific experience in fine dining restaurants.
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to analyze data, develop strategic plans, and drive operational performance.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build relationships, and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Passion for culinary excellence, impeccable service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to changing priorities with grace and agility.
