    Description

    Entry Level Operations Officer (Fluent in Korean)

    Location: New York, NY

    Job Description:

    As an Entry Level Operations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banking processes and procedures. You will work closely with various departments to facilitate efficient transactions, maintain accurate records, and uphold compliance standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within the banking industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist branches with any inquires/problems in regards to debit cards, internet banking and products
    • Provides Business Online Banking support such as on-boarding process, troubleshooting
    • Responsibilities in providing branch support with all operational status change requests
    • Management of online banking technical support including bill payment errors

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Fluent in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus but not required.
