- Assist branches with any inquires/problems in regards to debit cards, internet banking and products
- Provides Business Online Banking support such as on-boarding process, troubleshooting
- Responsibilities in providing branch support with all operational status change requests
- Management of online banking technical support including bill payment errors
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus but not required.
