Position:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of service excellence.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building Processes and Programs: You will design and implement streamlined processes and programs that enhance internal efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and elevate overall operational performance.
- Accountability and Deadlines: Create a culture of accountability within the organization, fostering a resultsdriven environment where meeting deadlines and achieving targets are paramount.
- Leadership and Management: As a strong and assertive leader, you will guide and support a team of direct reports, providing clear direction and mentorship to maximize their potential and productivity.
- Healthcare Expertise: Leverage your experience in the healthcare industry to bring valuable insights and knowledge, enabling us to adapt to industry trends, regulations, and best practices effectively.
- Process Orientation: Be naturally processoriented, ensuring that all aspects of the organization's operations are wellstructured, documented, and continuously improved upon.

Be a hands-on doer, unafraid to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in the day-to-day operations when necessary, leading by example and inspiring others to follow suit.
Job Qualifications:
- Strong Leadership: Be a confident and assertive leader, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Ownership and Control: Not be intimidated by challenges and can confidently take ownership and control of situations to drive positive outcomes.
- Healthcare Experience: Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in managing provider networks, SNFs, or Home Health is preferred.
- Process-Oriented: Possess the ability to design, implement, and optimize processes, which will be crucial to the success of the organization.
- Disciplined and Goal-Oriented: Have a disciplined approach to work, ensuring that goals are met efficiently and effectively.

On Approach:
Exhibit a willingness to get involved in various tasks and lead from the front, showcasing a proactive and committed attitude.
