    Job DescriptionDescriptionAbout the Role:
    As an Events Assistant at Elite Branding, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of our company's events. You'll work closely with our events team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of high-quality experiences for our clients and attendees. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of dynamic events and contribute to the success of our brand.
    Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the planning and organization of various events, including conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.
    • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation arrangements.
    • Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure all aspects of the event are coordinated effectively.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including setting up and dismantling event spaces, managing registration, and assisting attendees as needed.
    • Assist with post-event activities such as gathering feedback, compiling event reports, and evaluating the success of the event.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
