Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue booking, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure seamless execution of event requirements.
  • Provide onsite support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
  • Coordinate with catering services to ensure food and beverage arrangements align with event specifications.
  • Assist with postevent activities, such as collecting feedback, compiling reports, and organizing debrief meetings.
  • Maintain event databases, contact lists, and other relevant documentation.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and overall event success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or team leads.

Requirements:


  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management is a plus.
