Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion.
- Manage event logistics, including venue booking, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure seamless execution of event requirements.
- Provide onsite support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
- Coordinate with catering services to ensure food and beverage arrangements align with event specifications.
- Assist with postevent activities, such as collecting feedback, compiling reports, and organizing debrief meetings.
- Maintain event databases, contact lists, and other relevant documentation.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and overall event success.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or team leads.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Detailoriented mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management is a plus.
