    Job Title: Event Assistant

    Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Assistant to join our team. The Event Assistant will work closely with our event planners and coordinators to ensure the smooth execution of various events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with the event team to develop event timelines, schedules, and budgets.
    • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
    • Assist with guest registration, check-in, and customer inquiries during events.
    • Manage inventory and procurement of event supplies and materials.
    • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to event planning and execution.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
