    Unlock Health is on a mission to revolutionize healthcare marketing by removing barriers that have been present for decades. The company brings together leading healthcare marketing experts to make this vision a reality. They are looking for a Director of Business Development for the Northeast region to join their team.

    The Role
    Unlock Health is searching for candidates with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales and business development. The ideal candidate must have a background in selling to hospitals and healthcare systems in the Northeast US, with specific expertise in building relationships with Marketing & C-Suite executives and service line managers. This role involves showcasing the benefits of Unlock Health's solutions and managing the full sales life cycle.

    This is a full-time remote opportunity with a salary and commission structure. Candidates must be based in the continental US, preferably in the Northeast.

    What You'll Do

    • Serve as a brand ambassador and thought leader for Unlock Health
    • Network, prospect, and introduce Unlock Health's services
    • Develop, grow, and maintain accounts to drive revenue
    • Negotiate campaign details and manage client projects
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective client management
    • Expand services within hospitals/systems to drive growth
    • Track opportunities and business closure probability

    Ideal Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills and client follow-up
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
    • Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft platforms
    • Ability to adapt to new reporting systems
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced remote environment
    • Self-sufficient and productive in an independent work setting
