    Description

    Prominent San Francisco based law firm is in need of a full time Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. This position will offer a generous salary and benefits package and be in the office full time.

    Responsibilities

    • Calendar management for executives
    • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
    • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
    • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of executive administrative experience in a law firm
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Spanish speaking preferred
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
