- Collaborate with community partners, families, and stakeholders to support the holistic development of each child.
- Ensure compliance with all New York State early childhood education regulations and requirements.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and professional development of early childhood education staff.
- Manage the budget for the early childhood education programs, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
- Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- New York State Teacher Certification in B-2.
- At least three years of classroom experience in early childhood education.
- Five years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
