    Job Description

    We are seeking a production support engineer, to be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications.

    Required Qualifications:


    • 8+ years of experience in production support


    • 8+ years of experience in Incident Management, job monitoring, Root Cause Analysis etc.


    • Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools


    • Knowledge of Unix


    • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting


    • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira


    • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services


    • Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)


    • Must be able to collaborate with different stake holders and team
