Job Description
We are seeking a production support engineer, to be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in production support
8+ years of experience in Incident Management, job monitoring, Root Cause Analysis etc.
Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools
Knowledge of Unix
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Familiarity with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira
5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services
Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
Must be able to collaborate with different stake holders and team
