    As a


    Project Manager - Engineering , you will be responsible for driving the success of the teams engineering projects to ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

    Develop and execute detailed project plans, overseeing all aspects of project design, implementation, and completion. The Project Manager – Engineering will report to the Sr. Director of Engineering.


    How will you contribute:
    cross-functional project teams to achieve milestones and objectives for engineering projects.
    changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
    as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
    and mitigate risk, proactively resolve issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure project success.
    a collaborative and results-driven environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
    post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement and implement process enhancements accordingly.

    Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
    degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field required. Advanced degree is preferred.
    years as a project manager in the engineering sector, specifically within a contract manufacturing environment.
    understanding and knowledge of MS Projects.
    in AutoCAD and Blueprints.
    environment may involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.

    This position is currently classified as on-site.

    Base Salary Range:
    $124,000 - $155,000 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.


    The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
