- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of agency or other relevant experience required.
- Good at building relationships with teams and clients.
- Able to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, both in writing and in person.
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights from it, and use these insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Passionate and curious social media consumer, always interested in learning and constantly looking to explore the latest platforms and content types.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
- Professional experience with TikTok and other social platforms preferred.
- Experience with website and email platforms preferred (WordPress, Mailchimp).
- Google Ads certification is a big plus.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Manage day-to-day client communication on accounts of all sizes.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within budget and meet needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
- Management of social media, SEO, Loyalty, Email and traditional media programs.
- Define KPIs for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
- Engage with customers and followers on client social media channels.
- Track campaign metrics and analyze data obtained.
- Generate progress reports for clients and leaders within the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Direct creative and design teams.
- Maintain industry and competitive intelligence.
- Determine additional resources required and vet potential partners.
- Some travel may be required.

Job Overview
