    **I. JOB DESCRIPTION**

    Department: Base Supply Stores

    Location: Various

    Reports to: Manager and/or Assistant Manager

    **II. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE**

    To provide customer service with customer recognition to everyone.

    **III. RESPONSIBILITY FOR WORK OF OTHERS**

    None

    **IV. BUSINESS COMMUNICATION**

    Requires excellent communication skills.

    **V. SUPERVISION REQUIRED**

    Daily

    **EDUCATION REQUIRED**

    High school graduate with one year relevant work experience.

    **TRAINING AND SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**

    Basic retail knowledge. Accuracy with computerized checkout systems.

    **VIII. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

    Must have interpersonal skills dealing with and communicating with customers, vendors, co-workers and management. Team player.

    **IX. TRAVEL REQUIRED**

    None

    **SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

    Responsible for all customer service functions with customer recognition and interface the most critical element.

    Accurate computerized checkout

    Requesting and identifying material from the warehouse and shelf stocking.

    Store cleanliness both in and outside.

    Other duties as requested by Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

    **PHYSICAL DEMANDS**

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use their hands.

    **WORK ENVIRONMENT**

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in a moderate office environment.
