Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and promoting sales of insurance products offered by our agency.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions to meet their insurance needs.
• Conduct policy reviews with existing clients to ensure their coverage remains adequate and uptodate, while identifying opportunities to crosssell or upsell additional insurance products.
• Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and claims processing, guiding them through the insurance claims process and advocating on their behalf when necessary.
• Educate clients about insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features to help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
• Collaborate with the agency owner and team members to achieve sales goals, meet performance targets, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurancerelated roles preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with clients.
• Salesdriven mindset with a passion for helping others and achieving results.
• California Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
