About Shana Machnick:

I am a nineteen yearold female with loads of work experience. I am a manager at Mcdonald’s and i have been in the customer service field for almost five years! I am very organized, i can multi task, I have great customer service skills, Im very well at communicating with others and i am very outgoing and passionate. I can definitely work well with others, I can maintain professionalism at all times and i am very engaging. I love people, and I am very charismatic, along with confident in my tasks and abilities.

Experience

I have been in the customer service field for almost five years! I am a manager at mcdonald’s and i have loads of experience, whether it be with customer service, being engaged with the customers, being professional, multitasking, getting things done fast and completely. To cleaning, closing, making sure everything is perfectly set up and organized. I am always on time for my shifts. 

Education

I have a Highschool diploma at Shaker High School. I was in the marching band for Colorguard, i was in the choir, and i joined a couple more after school clubs to be more engaged with the school. I have almost five years work experience in the customer service field.
