I take time to work with the youth and at risk populations in our communities of Jackson and surrounding counties regarding topics such as healthy relationships, goal setting, reproductive health, and more. After working in the non-profit field for over 5 years working with the same groups of individuals, it was discovered that there is a growing need for these services for our current youth especially. It is vital that we provide the next generation and those who are otherwise would not have access to these skills the information and knowledge to be effective and productive members of our communities.

The programs that I offer range for age groups from 9 year old boys and girls to grown adults. Each curriculum designed for the age group that I will be working with for appropriate materials to be discussed. Clients are able to select one session or multiple sessions depending on the topics they wish to have discussed.

Topics offered include but are not limited to:

Personal Hygiene

Healthy Relationships (middle school/high school) and (adult)

Self Esteem/Self Confidence

Goal Setting - ways to achieve your goals realistically
