Our Central Billing Office is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team This is a full time position and the hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM.


Responsibilities:

Answer and research incoming phone calls from patients and answer questions, inquiries, and concerns regarding their accounts.

Assume responsibility for initial patient contact and follow-up.

Work with AR Specialist on patient billing and credit issues.

Ensure positive experience for patient on behalf of CCP.

Identify and correct patient account inaccuracies.

Post credit card payments to the patients account.


Annual salary range:
$ $21.50

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of one year work experience.

Prior experience in a call center environment.

Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance plans.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and deal courteously with patients, employees, and the public

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

Ability to maintain a professional poised attitude under pressure.
