About us:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales team in Albany.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and orders, managing delivery schedules, and creating and tracking quotes and proposals.
Your main focus will be on building and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You will also work closely with all internal departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
