    Join the StretchLab team as an Assistant Sales Manager at a health & fitness boutique studio in Spartanburg. This role offers a chance for a sales-oriented individual to contribute to the growth and success of the studio while fostering a positive team environment.

    The ideal candidate will be passionate about health/fitness and sales, with a strong background in B2C and B2B networking. Marketing skills, problem-solving abilities, and creativity are essential. While training will be provided, motivation and dedication to excel in the role are key.

    StretchLab Spartanburg is a dynamic workplace focused on promoting movement and overall well-being. We aim to enhance community health one member at a time.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2+ years of sales experience (fitness industry experience not mandatory)
    • Confidence in sales generation
    • Strong communication skills in various mediums
    • Ability to drive revenue streams
    • Passion for fitness is advantageous
    • Proficiency in data management and organizational skills
    • Training capability
    • Computer literacy and familiarity with management software
    • Positive attitude and commitment to team and client satisfaction

    SALES TEAM DUTIES:

    • Lead generation and networking
    • Organize community events and promotions
    • Manage marketing campaigns
    • Drive membership sales
    • Oversee social media presence
    • Schedule prospects and manage appointments
    • Maintain studio retail inventory
    • Ensure exceptional customer service
    • Uphold studio policies
