Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at West Direct Oil, a leading fuel and lubrication petroleum distributor committed to safety and top-notch customer service.

Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts
Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closed sales
Prospect for potential customers and qualify prospects against company criteria
Consult with prospects on their needs and provide cost-effective solutions
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to engage effectively with prospects
Make presentations to senior managers, deliver proposals, and achieve monthly sales quotas
Work with technical staff to address customer requirements
Maintain CRM data on prospects and forecast sales volumes
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing departments for a seamless customer experience
Provide feedback on enhancing sales strategies and improving company reputation
Share insights on market trends and opportunities to drive customer value
Identify cross-selling opportunities with other business units

Qualifications:

5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience
Proven track record in consultative/solution-based selling
Experience selling at the senior management level
College degree or equivalent experience in sales
3-5 years of industry sales or customer service experience
Ability to travel within the assigned region with own transportation
Good driving record
