    Description

    Sales Operations and Logistics Manager

    Remote - Must be located in Las Vegas area

    Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

    Benefits: PTO, Health Care, Retention Bonus', Home Office, etc.

    We are looking for a Sales Operations & Logistics Manager with at least five years of experience in the logistics/shipping industry who can provide sales operations support to management and lead/train a team.

    Tasks include but are not limited to:

    • Information, summarize data, and prepare reports and presentations (Excel and Word).
    • Advise customers with their shipping needs and requirements (i.e. LTL/parcel quoting, shipment and pickup scheduling, shipment tracking, damage and late package claims, etc.)
    • Follow up with customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize proprietary software for account management, execution, invoicing, and tracking shipments.
    • Manage and Motivate the remote operations team while maintaining a high level of collaboration.
    • Report directly to the Agency Owner

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
    • Must have 5+ Years in the Logistics/Shipping industry (LTL, FTL, Small Parcel, Air Freight, etc.)
    • Must be an Expert in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with others and independently.
    • Professional, energetic, and have a positive can-do attitude with the ability to be flexible.
    • Customer service-oriented, courteous, and professional.
    • Attention to detail and exemplary organizational skills.
    • Adaptability and the ability to effectively handle change within the position, the office, and the company.
    • Must be able to work from home and possibly flex hours in the office

    Other Details:

    This is considered a hands-on management position that thrives on helping others and creating a positive and productive environment. Though we are a single agency, we are part of an overall system that controls over $1 Billion in shipping.
