Finance Manager/Sales Manager

I was initially hired as an Internet Manager, and quickly obtained top sales many months in a row. That lead to a promotion to Assistant Sales Manager, where I was accountable for the training and developing/ success of a team of 8-12 employees. Responsibilities also included significant amounts of customer interaction, closing car deals, solving problems (handling heat), keeping customers happy, and much more.
The opportunity came for a promotion to Finance Manager in 2015, where I was sent to the Resource Automotive Finance and Insurance school in Chicago, IL. My time in this position was very successful and lead to many responsibilities. Thereafter, I created the training manual for the Finance Department, and was given the duty of training and developing newly hired, or newly promoted from within Finance Managers.
Desert 215 Superstore was opened in 2016, and I was brought there to execute the duties of Sales Manager and Finance Manager.
