    BriteCap is a rapidly expanding lend-tech company, committed to offering straightforward, prompt, and cost-effective financing solutions to small businesses across America. Currently experiencing a significant growth phase following a recent capital injection, we are focused on expanding our operations. Our goal over the next few years is to increase loan originations significantly, providing swift lending decisions to small business proprietors. An essential aspect of our operations involves exploring alternative funding options for business owners who may not qualify for financing from BriteCap. We are seeking a dynamic sales process leader to spearhead our team responsible for collaborating with other lenders to secure funding for businesses that may not meet our lending criteria.

    BriteCap's primary operations are centered in our Las Vegas office. The position in question will be based in Las Vegas, working closely with loan representatives and funding advisors who assist our small business clients.

    Position Overview:

    The Sales Operations Manager will be in charge of supervising and optimizing the out-placement process, swiftly securing financing offers for various products, such as short-term working capital loans, long-term business loans, revolving lines of credit, factoring, and real estate-backed working capital. This role involves overseeing automated application procedures and serving as the primary liaison between lending partners and BriteCap Financial's sales team, facilitating credit and funding operations for all out-placement activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Operation Management: Streamline the out-placement process to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and timelines.
    • Deal Structuring: Negotiate financing terms with partners on behalf of borrowers.
    • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with lending associates.
    • Reporting: Analyze and act upon report findings that highlight opportunities for enhancing offer speed and conversion rates.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting and originations teams to provide funding solutions seamlessly to our borrowers.
    • Required Skills and Abilities:
      • Highly self-driven with the capability to work independently or collaboratively in a deadline-driven setting.
      • Outstanding follow-up and critical thinking abilities.
      • Proficient negotiation expertise.
      • In-depth knowledge of the short-term lending sector and its array of products.
      • Adept at managing multiple transactions concurrently.
      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Exceptional attention to detail.
      • High level of integrity and professionalism.

    Education and Experience:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales leadership, or sales process management.
    • Prior exposure to working capital operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
    • College degree is preferred.
