relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and terms, and ensuring a
robust supply chain to support business continuity.
• Process Optimization: With my experience leading all aspects of the procurement process:
Spend analytics, Sourcing, Contract Life Cycle, Procurement, and Warehouse & Inventory. I
am adept at identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging technology
and data analytics to enhance procurement efficiency and accuracy. I have lead teams that
managed procurement systems, like Ariba, Oracle and Stratton Warren to enhance and
automate the procurement process to provide ease of use for the operation teams.
• Supplier Risk Management: I have a strong background in supplier risk assessment and
mitigation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all levels from local, state,
and national.
• Responsible Procurement: - I have integrated sustainability and diversity inclusive practices
into the procurement process by sourcing eco-friendly and sustainable products, reducing
waste and energy, and supporting local communities by providing education and
opportunities to local suppliers our properties operate in.
• Team Development: I have a track record of building high-performing procurement teams
through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. I have
managed teams as large as 250+ employees ranging from procurement, sourcing and
warehouse professionals.
