• Strategic Procurement Leadership: I have over 20 years of experience in procurement 
leadership roles, where I've successfully lead procurement and warehouse operations
ranging from single locations up to 50+ locations for locations ranging from $50M to $1.5B 
dollars of spend, resulting in tens of millions of dollars in annual savings.
• Supplier Relationship Management: I have a proven ability to build and maintain strong 
relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable contracts and terms, and ensuring a 
robust supply chain to support business continuity.
• Process Optimization: With my experience leading all aspects of the procurement process: 
Spend analytics, Sourcing, Contract Life Cycle, Procurement, and Warehouse & Inventory. I 
am adept at identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging technology 
and data analytics to enhance procurement efficiency and accuracy. I have lead teams that 
managed procurement systems, like Ariba, Oracle and Stratton Warren to enhance and 
automate the procurement process to provide ease of use for the operation teams.
• Supplier Risk Management: I have a strong background in supplier risk assessment and 
mitigation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements at all levels from local, state, 
and national.
• Responsible Procurement: - I have integrated sustainability and diversity inclusive practices 
into the procurement process by sourcing eco-friendly and sustainable products, reducing 
waste and energy, and supporting local communities by providing education and 
opportunities to local suppliers our properties operate in.

managed teams as large as 250+ employees ranging from procurement, sourcing and 
warehouse professionals.
