    We're on the lookout for an experienced Recruiting manager who is passionate about taking our recruiting space to new heights of efficiency and productivity.

    Your responsibilities include taking processes to new heights, forging close collaborations with Business Development and Delivery teams, and most thrillingly, partnering with our world's biggest clients (Fortune 500).

    Responsibilities
    Design, develop, and continually enhance our processes to accommodate the business's constant growth.
    Collaborate, support, mentor, and empower our Recruiters and Researchers, experts in uncovering top-tier talent.
    Lead by example.

    Your role is to enhance Recruiters efforts, making their work more seamless, while nurturing a healthy and comfortable work environment.

    Collect, analyze, and optimize technical requirements for high-level complexity roles. Conduct interviews if necessary to assist Recruiters in the process.
    Be a steadfast ally to our Team Leaders and Head of the Department. Embrace challenges as opportunities and persistently pursue excellence in every aspect of our work.
    Attend client meetings, collaborating with the Business Development and Delivery teams to build trust and foster strong client relationships.

    Conduct thorough searches, explore, investigate, and analyze the highly competitive market to understand its diverse requirements in different parts of the world.

    Embrace a data-driven approach, creating an environment with the right tools to foster a data-centric culture among the team.
    Sustain and advance our knowledge base, ensuring that both colleagues and newcomers always have access to the right information.

    Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the company based on the purpose of your role.

    Qualifications

    Over 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Team Lead/Team Supervisor or in a relevant capacity within a global multicultural environment.

    In-depth understanding of IT industry standards, company operations, and trends, with an advantageous knowledge of the CX domain, particularly Genesys technologies.

    Possess in-depth knowledge of talent markets in LATAM, EMEA, India, and North America.
    Strong and proficient experience in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
    Hands-on recruitment for senior technical roles and executive hiring, actively driving, leading, and supporting the sourcing strategy.
    Proven experience in working with and mentoring a geographically distributed team.
    Proficient in prioritization, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling influence across all levels of stakeholders to turn ideas into action.
    Fluent in English, both written and spoken (B2+).
    Experience in conducting training sessions and presentations to large audiences is a valuable plus.

    Demonstrate flexibility and robust self-management skills to act independently and take responsibility for your actions and those of your team.
