- The Email Production Analyst is responsible for developing and executing Email, push and SMS communications for company Retail brands
- This person will work closely with all members of the retention, acquisition, and retention teams
- Support email, SMS and push notification coordination and execution, which includes executing, optimizing and reporting on ongoing communications supporting acquisition, retention, and lead nurturing initiatives with key business stakeholders
- Develop and implement campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Create and manage email automations and customer lifecycle journeys via FTP list and API-triggers
- Strong attention to detail, QA and visual aspects
- Support with campaign performance data and report out on results
- Ensure execution is completed flawlessly
- Ensure reporting is up to date
- Understand customer journeys and communication to optimize content, design, and drive increased customer engagement
- Collaborate seamlessly with team members, 3rd party agency and stakeholders across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Remote working environment
- Some overtime required as special projects arise
- 2-5 years writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for emails
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong email responsive coding in a text editor with knowledge in common email rendering issue/hacks
- Experience with SQL and Excel For emails
- Experience with Litmus
- Experience managing and reporting on email, SMS and push notification campaigns
