    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Business Development Specialist to join our team at WellClix. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by targeting and engaging Behavioral Health facilities, Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facilities, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities through cold calling and relationship-building efforts. Your primary goal will be to pitch WellClix's innovative healthcare solutions and offerings to key decision-makers in these healthcare settings.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients in the Behavioral Health, LTAC, Assisted Living, and Memory Care sectors.
    • Utilize market research and industry insights to identify target accounts and prioritize outreach efforts effectively.

    2. Pitching WellClix's Offerings:

    • Articulate WellClix's value proposition, key features, and benefits to prospects during sales presentations and meetings.
    • Tailor pitches and proposals to address specific pain points, challenges, and needs of each healthcare facility segment.

    3. Relationship Building:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, directors of nursing, and healthcare executives, to foster trust and credibility.
    • Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to facilitate introductions and referrals within the healthcare community.

    4. Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    • Utilize CRM tools and sales tracking systems to monitor progress, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups with prospects.

    5. Market Intelligence and Feedback:

    • Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales approaches.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to the management team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record of success in healthcare business development, sales, or account management roles.
    • Existing relationships and network within the healthcare industry, particularly in Behavioral Health, LTAC, Assisted Living, and Memory Care sectors (highly beneficial).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
