- Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients in the Behavioral Health, LTAC, Assisted Living, and Memory Care sectors.
- Utilize market research and industry insights to identify target accounts and prioritize outreach efforts effectively.
- Articulate WellClix's value proposition, key features, and benefits to prospects during sales presentations and meetings.
- Tailor pitches and proposals to address specific pain points, challenges, and needs of each healthcare facility segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, directors of nursing, and healthcare executives, to foster trust and credibility.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to facilitate introductions and referrals within the healthcare community.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales tracking systems to monitor progress, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups with prospects.
- Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to inform product development, pricing strategies, and sales approaches.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market trends to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in healthcare business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Existing relationships and network within the healthcare industry, particularly in Behavioral Health, LTAC, Assisted Living, and Memory Care sectors (highly beneficial).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
