- In-depth market research and fine-tuning ongoing marketing campaigns to maximize ROI
- Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing plans, projects, materials, and initiatives
- QA marketing deliverables to ensure they align with our brand's goals and objectives and are up to standard
- Monitor and measure campaign performance data, manage and maintain program updates, and interpret analytics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, internal customers, and third-party companies
- Coordinate product and partner updates and postings to the website team to ensure all content is properly organized and regularly published
- Manage the marketing content calendar
- Manage the Asana project management tool
- Maintain the company's marketing resource library
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven marketing experience on different platforms/channels
- Experience with leading and managing social media marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional leadership, and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of identifying, attracting, and engaging target audiences
- Creative in devising informative, engaging, and motivational campaigns
- Ability to work with minimal oversight

Purpose and Key Responsibilities of the Job
As the Americas Marketing Specialist you will help create effective marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and reliably boost sales. You'll work with cross-functional internal teams to develop and execute the highest-quality marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring all marketing plans align with i-PRO business goals, mission, and vision. You will also be working on determining customers' needs and business objectives, providing superiors with accurate and timely project status reports, and using marketing and communications materials to promote i-PRO products and services to prospects, you should have strong time management and organizational skills. Work with the Marketing organization to develop and implement the Americas Marketing plans on strategy and on time.
Reporting to the Director of Americas Marketing, you will work directly with sales staff and key organizational peers to understand our customer and their challenges, develop strategies, and create successful programs that support the business objectives and sales organization. You are passionate about developing corporate brands, and demonstrating skills in budgeting, negotiating, planning, project management, analytics, social media, and B2B marketing.
