- Collaborate: Work directly with a regional delivery manager and an assigned project manager for specific tasks.
- Analyze & Design: Understand and document customer requirements to develop the best information system solutions. Conceptualize and design system strategies and programming.
- Deploy & Train: Be hands-on with system startups, deployments, testing, and training at customer facilities.
- Travel: Primarily based at a client facility, with occasional travel (up to 10%).
- Innovate: Stay ahead in IT/OT applications related to information solutions, analytics, and MES.
- Manage Projects: Plan, schedule, and monitor project resources, timelines, and estimates.
- Report: Communicate project status through verbal and written reports, contributing to review meetings.
- Engage: Build strong relationships across diverse teams, from shop floor manufacturing to upper management, across multiple time zones.
- Present: Participate in the preparation and presentation of technical topics.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in producing technical/functional work products.
- Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- MES Expertise: Prior experience with MES and related control systems applications.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial controllers, communication protocols, computer networks, and troubleshooting.
- Programming Skills: Knowledge of Core Java, Python, HTML, Webservices, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Active Directory, PLC Live Data Tags, Log Monitoring, Basic scripting, and execution.
- Additional Knowledge: Understanding of the OSI model, ERP systems like PLM and SAP, and SDLC methodology.
- Tools: Experience with GitLab/GitHub, JIRA, Bitbucket is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
