- Independently lead and coordinate the development and production of multiple RFQ/P responses, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and quality standards.
- Create compelling and professional presentations and materials for project interviews, leveraging advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate key messages and project capabilities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other marketing professionals, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to excel in the project pursuit process.
- Maintain the CRM system (Unanet/Cosential), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on projects, clients, and contacts to support business development efforts.
- Lead the preparation and submission of project and company award nominations, showcasing our achievements and capabilities within the industry.
- Review, update, and curate content for the marketing content library, ensuring accessibility and relevance for use in future marketing materials and communications.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry peers and stakeholders, seeking out opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to enhance and expand your role, such as assisting with local community events, to drive value and support company objectives.
- Attend company events and celebrations, capturing content for use on social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels to promote company culture and achievements.
