- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant Industry and Discipline/ Role Experience: 3+ years in a sales role, hydraulic experience required
- Facilitates the development of long-term business with customers to ensure that the company maintains volume sales and eliminates competition.
- Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, Marketing and Operations departments to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
- Coordinates and develops marketing and sales plans for these product lines with the National Sales Manager and Specialists.
- Reviews daily the sales of products.
- Makes recommendations and provides guidance to the products Manager regarding anticipated demand for specific part numbers or categories of products.
- Facilitates the development of long term business with customers to ensure that the company maintains volume sales and eliminates competition.
- Assists in the revision of catalogs and literature as needed.
- Handles all product complaints from customers in the assigned region and coordinates their disposition with company.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Representative is responsible for marketing and promoting our hydraulic hose and fittings products lines to meet determined sales goals through industrial distribution in the assigned geographic region.
This client is a nationally known manufacturer and distributor of high-quality industrial products. They serve markets including but not limited to Agriculture, Chemical, Construction, Fire Fighting, Food Processing, Manufacturing, Mining, O&G, and Transportation.
