Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sales Representative with a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals.

In this role, you will be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, seeking clients through networking and cold calling, and providing outstanding after-sales and support assistance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Sales Strategy: Adjust your selling strategy to meet sales goals, utilizing networking, cold calling, door-to-door sales, weather patterns, and attending industry expos.

Lead Generation:Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for product presentations and pitches.

Customized Presentations:Tailor sales presentations to suit client needs and highlight the specific benefits of our services, including the ERPP agreement.

Client Solutions: Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions from the company's services, including the ERPP agreement.

Client Nurturing: Follow up with high-quality referrals from existing clients to nurture prospective customers and build lasting relationships.

    nterpersonal Skills:Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate and share information.

Professional Attitude:Maintain a professional attitude, with sincerity and enthusiasm, when dealing with clients.

Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills, experience in B2B Construction or Mitigation is highly beneficial.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, computer, and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements effectively from a remote work location.

Travel with Flexibility: Availability to spring into action and travel to areas that are storm and weather affected disaster areas, across the south east coastal region from Texas to the Carolinas.
