-Position Overview:_
As a Gutter Sales Representative at Gutters by Berger Home Services, you will play a vital role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
In this 1099 contract position, you will be responsible for converting provided leads into sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maximizing earning potential through commission-based compensation.
-Responsibilities:_
Follow up on provided leads to schedule appointments and conduct in-home consultations with potential customers.
Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and recommend the appropriate gutter solutions from Gutters by Berger Home Services' product line.
Close sales and negotiate pricing and contractual terms to meet revenue targets and maximize commission earnings.
Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales strategy and success.

Qualifications:_
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$95, $200,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Bonus opportunities
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
