    Description


    Punchlist is looking for an experienced Software Sales Account Executive who is results-oriented, motivated and laser-focused on generating new business to join our Atlanta based team.

    You will be responsible for educating the market about the power of Punchlist and generating opportunities while working directly with customers in a highly entrepreneurial "roll your sleeves up" environment.

    You will play a pivotal role in changing how people work by making Punchlist a central point of communications across various industries.

    A successful candidate enjoys pairing their technical acumen with sales prowess to set customers up for success. With customers, you have a track record of quickly grasping workflows and pain points. Internally, you are capable of configuring your own process and tools to drive the sales pipeline.
    This position is responsible for prospecting, proposing, and selling Punchlist to organizations of all sizes, from enterprises to contractors.

    SKILLS
    Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish
    Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM and ability to drive the sales pipeline
    Proficient understanding of project management softwares and practices
    Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and managers
    Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships
    Adept at identifying resource needs and coordinating efforts to build brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals
    Superb listening skills; you must understand prospects daily operations and pain points
    A proven track record of quota over-achievement
    Excellent demonstration, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    Solid time management skills
    Ability to prioritize and multi-task multiple projects/deals
    Manage and prioritize competing demands
    Extreme Ownership mentality to drive progress through collaboration

    REQUIREMENTS
    3+ years of sales experience in a SaaS environment
    1+ years experience providing software solutions to large corporations
    1+ years experience in a startup environment
    Functional proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
