- Build a diverse group of accounts within different customer segments.
- Contact potential customers and negotiate product acceptance.
- Obtain contract commitments for company products.
- Deliver product sales to important accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and HCPs.
- Create value-added programs for each account based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize accounts and set strategic goals.
- Conduct collaborative meetings to implement tactical plans.
- Cultivate relationships with internal departments to support field efforts.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve brand goals.
- Analyze accounts' goals to promote sales.
- Organize meetings with customers to review product information.
- Maintain relationships with customers and develop new business.
- Represent the Customer Experience internally and externally.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2+ years of relevant healthcare/clinical experience.
- Experience in communication and engagement with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
- Travel may be required.
