- Build a diverse group of key accounts across various customer segments.
- Reach out to potential customers and negotiate product acceptance.
- Secure contracts for CSL Seqirus products.
- Drive flu portfolio sales in key accounts such as Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs.
- Customize value-added programs for each account based on their needs and align brand resources to achieve set goals while embodying CSL Seqirus values.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize key accounts and pursue strategic objectives established by the commercial organization.
- Establish contracts and opportunities for sales growth in specific segments.
- Hold regular meetings with your team to implement sales and marketing plans.
- Foster strong relationships with colleagues from Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service departments to support business growth initiatives.
- Engage in occasional overnight travel.
- Develop and execute a plan to meet CSL Seqirus brand objectives and identify new opportunities with key accounts.
- Assess the short-term and long-term goals of accounts to enhance sales and introduce company products and services in alignment with provider objectives.
- Arrange meetings with customers to discuss product details and treatment protocols.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and lay the groundwork for new business opportunities.
- Design customer routing, strategic key account business plans, and daily pre-call strategies for customer interactions.
- Advocate the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally; Serve as the voice of the customer within the team to deepen understanding of customer challenges; Develop business solutions that strengthen partnerships within Seqirus primary channels.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years or more of experience in Pharmaceutical/B2B/relevant healthcare or clinical education.
- Proficiency in establishing communication and engagement with customers, emphasizing scientific knowledge.
- Willingness to travel overnight and attend meetings when necessary.
- The job title will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
