    About the Job and the Company

    If you're passionate about promoting main vaccine brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks, and Public Health accounts, this customer-facing Vaccine Sales Specialist opportunity is right up your alley. The role involves building a diverse group of key accounts across different customer segments. Here's what you'll be doing:

    • Establish relationships with potential customers and negotiate product formulary acceptance
    • Secure contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products
    • Drive flu portfolio product sales in key accounts, covering Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs
    • Create value-added programs tailored to each account by understanding their needs and aligning brand resources to meet specific goals
    • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize key accounts and pursue strategic objectives outlined by the commercial organization
    • Identify opportunities for sales growth in designated segments
    • Hold regular team meetings to execute sales and marketing plans
    • Foster strong relationships with colleagues in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service departments to drive business growth
    • Engage in some overnight travel as part of the role

    In this Position

    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve CSL Seqirus brand goals while exploring new opportunities within key accounts
    • Analyze short and long-term goals of accounts to drive sales and implement company products and services aligned with provider objectives
    • Conduct meetings with customers to discuss product details and treatment protocols
    • Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and lay the groundwork for new business
    • Create customer routing plans, strategic key account business strategies, and daily engagement plans
    • Represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision internally and externally, advocating for customer needs within the team to enhance partnerships within primary channels

    Your Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
    • 1-2+ years experience in Pharmaceutical, B2B, or relevant healthcare/clinical education
    • Proven track record in effective communication and engagement with customers, focusing on scientific knowledge
    • Travel required for meetings and overnight stays
    • Business title will be determined based on experience
