    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Pompano Beach, FL. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. You will be communicating with potential customers to understand their needs and promote our products. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers and close sales deals.

    Qualifications

    • Strong inside sales skills, lead generation, and customer satisfaction experience
    • Not scared of the "No" and always finding creative ways to get to "Yes"
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Previous experience or role in automotive parts or performance off road 4x4 industry is a plus
    • Knowledge of the automotive offroad or outdoor recreation industry is a plus
    • Actively pursuing or attained a Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
    • Ability to track sales in CRM (Netsuite) and capture all discussion activities within
