    Job Summary
    Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving organizational excellence and operational efficiency? The Ellison Institute of Technology is seeking a visionary Senior Director, Business Operations to join our dynamic team and lead our organization to new heights of success.

    As the Senior Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of EIT-Los Angeles, overseeing all aspects of business operations, and driving strategic initiatives to achieve our organizational goals. You will have substantial control, direction, and accountability over the work of others, providing visionary leadership to our business operations team and guiding them towards excellence.

    Your responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, operational management, leadership development, policy development, cross-functional collaboration, and performance analysis. With your strong leadership capabilities and strategic acumen, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies that propel our organization forward.

    The Senior Director, Business Operations is responsible for performing the following job duties:

    Job Accountabilities:
    • Strategic Planning and Execution:
      • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive organizational growth and success.
      • Analyze market trends and business data to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
      • Lead strategic initiatives that shape the future of the organization.
    • Operational Management and Improvement:
      • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and risk management.
      • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency gains, implementing solutions to drive operational excellence.
      • Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Leadership and Team Development:
      • Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the business operations team.
      • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
      • Develop talent and build high-performing teams.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to align business operations with EIT-wide initiatives and strategic objectives.
      • Build strong relationships and partnerships to drive cross-functional cooperation and synergy.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

    Preferred Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing business operations, preferably in industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing. A minimum of 7-10 years of demonstrable expertise in relevant positions is required.

    Salary: $231,186 - $380,000, DOE
