    and be responsible for developing and executing the business plans for the top customer accounts in the geography and educating key stakeholders including treating physicians, pharmacy and C-suite as appropriate on the clinical profile and value proposition of ZYNLONTA.

    This person will leverage approved resources and work with the cross-functional ADC Therapeutics team to educate and support the customer to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA.

    Position Overview:

    The Associate Director, Strategic Accounts role is critical to the continued success of the commercial launch of ZYNLONTA.

    Reporting to the Sr Area Business Director, this position will serve as the lead with large academic and community oncology practices and coordinate with the larger organization to meet the needs of these key customers.

    This role will be responsible for developing strong account plans, utilizing approved company resources, and collaborating across the organization to execute on the account plans and support the success of ZYNLONTA.

    In most areas, the Associate Director, Strategic Accounts will be responsible for leading a small team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists and be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent as well as managing the performance of the team.

    Job responsibilities:

    Meet or exceed business objectives within our compliance framework
    Establish partnership with key stakeholders within accounts and serve as the single-point of contact within the account for ADC Therapeutics
    Full people management responsibilities for their team of Hematology Therapeutic Specialists
    Develop an understanding of accounts and perception/sentiment towards ZYNLONTA
    Develop robust account plans for each key account and collaborate across the organization to execute on plans
    Will serve as a player/coach for area business including performance of their own accounts as well as managing the performance of their Hematology Therapeutic Specialists
    Be an expert on the clinical profile of ZYNLONTA and clearly articulate the value proposition to key stakeholders
    Utilize approved materials and resources to drive awareness and advocacy for ZYNLONTA
    Understand mapping of physicians and key stakeholders within each account to best drive advocacy for ZYNLONTA

    Partner with appropriate stakeholders within accounts to ensure a positive experience with ZYNLONTA including office staff, pharmacists, business managers, etc.

    Participate in account reviews and business reviews with the cross-functional ADCT team
    Requirements:

    Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    7+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry preferred
    Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred
    Experience with buy and bill products is preferred
    Account management experience
    People management experience preferred – but not required
    Outstanding communication, listening skills, collaboration, business acumen, follow-through, and ability to influence
    Ability to be flexible and adapt to a changing and complex environment
    Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    Travel – ability to travel up to 70%, (will vary by geography) and flexibility to work weekend congresses
