    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Contribute to strategic planning and direct engagement objectives to maintain and nurture productive relations with strategic business partners(e.g. App Store, Google Play)that regulate or influence business activities, and protect BIGO's interests.


    • Communicate with record labels and organizations/associations related to copyright protection in the USA about music licensing.


    • Actively organize and coordinate internal and external resources to create a good external environment for business development, including managing the development of partnerships with think tanks, organizations with expertise in areas of common interest, and others in the service field;


    • Recognize, report and escalate collaborated project highlights, headwinds/risks, and next steps to business leaders; oversee remediation of risks raised, and partner with local leadership to effectively navigate crisis and facilitate resolution.


    • Develop crisis response strategies to support comprehensive, structured, and quick crisis communications with effective execution, and to communicate and enforce policies that minimize the potential brand risks to BIGO.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


    • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.


    • A minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a keen understanding of international relations and global organizations.


    • Outstanding stakeholder management skills in addition to strong relationship management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.


    • Strong knowledge of global free trade markets, and cross-border Internet business models.


    • Demonstrated political acumen and appreciation of nuance.


    • Strong in crisis communication & reputation management function


    • Excellent problem-shooting ability and proven record of delivering positive business impact.
