Hello, my name is Alicia Sobkowiak and I am a Creative Director of Branding, Product Design & Marketing. 

With my extensive background in branding, marketing, digital media, product design and product development; and a proven track record of leading both successful creative teams, and building out successful and innovative product lines. I am excited about the potential opportunity to contribute to Moon Juice’s vision and would love to continue to elevate your brand’s customer experience.  Over the course of my 13 year career in the creative industry, I have consistently leveraged my expertise in branding and product development to create and execute captivating brand experiences that resonate with various audiences. By blending strategic insights with innovative design concepts, I have successfully created cohesive brand stories that transcend traditional mediums and resonate across digital platforms, print, and experiential marketing.  What sets me apart is my ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to push boundaries and deliver exceptional creative solutions. I am a firm believer in fostering a collaborative environment that encourages the free exchange of ideas and nurtures creativity. My leadership style centers on open communication, mentorship, and the cultivation of a shared vision, resulting in teams that are not only motivated but also empowered to produce their best work.
