Overview:

We're in search of a dynamic Director of Educational Partnerships—a skilled sales leader deeply committed to making a positive impact in the field of education.

This position focuses on building and enhancing relationships within key school districts, aligning with their educational goals and initiatives in a rapidly growing region.

Key duties include actively acquiring new clients, managing strategic partnerships, expanding territory coverage, and meeting sales objectives.


Responsibilities:

As a Director of Educational Partnerships, your role involves a range of tasks aimed at driving sales and fostering lasting client relationships


These include:

  • Initiating a high volume of outbound cold calls to secure productive meetings with potential clients.
  • Building and managing a comprehensive pipeline of prospects and client data.
  • Delivering engaging presentations, providing information, and conducting effective follow-up calls.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify and cultivate potential leads.
  • Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Tutor Me Education's offerings and effectively communicating this to clients.
  • Supervising Sales Development Representatives to ensure optimal performance.
  • Generating sales within your designated region
  • Strategically promoting and driving adoption of learning programs within educational committees.
  • Establishing yourself as an industry expert, fostering multi-level relationships through consultations, presentations, trainings, and webinars.
  • Leading the rollout, training, and ongoing support for district programs to encourage utilization and foster enduring partnerships.
  • Meeting or surpassing quarterly and annual revenue targets through both new and renewed sales.
  • Representing the organization at conferences and events to enhance visibility and cultivate relationships with strategic partners and clients.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including educational partnerships, client success, and support implementation, to ensure proactive client support.
  • Forecasting and managing pipeline activity to facilitate accurate account planning.
  • Maintaining meticulous and well-documented spreadsheets, including comprehensive reporting.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4year accredited institution is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the educational sector is essential.
  • Proven experience in overseeing intricate district or client partnerships, showcasing successful program adoptions, efficient implementations, and sustained engagement.
  • Strong communication abilities, coupled with a track record of delivering impactful group presentations.
  • Proficiency in both remote and officebased collaboration, with a willingness to travel as required.
  • Evident eagerness for ongoing learning and selfimprovement.
  • Proven track record of excellence, consistently meeting or surpassing objectives, including acquiring new customers and/or forging partnerships.
  • Infectious enthusiasm coupled with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
