    Position:
    Director of Strategic Partnerships

    Location:
    Hybrid; typically on-site every Thursday, alternating between Menlo Park and San Francisco every other week.

    Salary Range :
    $145,000 - $185,000

    Storm3 is currently partnered with a market disrupting biosafety software company that is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships With a 45 person headcount and over $150m in funding after securing their Series C last February, they are a cutting edge

    healthy building company


    that is outfitting spaces with next generation UV-C cleaning tech paired with IoT enabled sensors linked to intelligence software to predict and prevent risk events.

    They make healthy air accessible and affordable and thrust companies forward and closer to their sustainability goals.


    They are currently in the market for a Strategic Partnerships Director to play a lead role in accelerating go-to-market strategy through strategic partnerships.


    They are seeking a jack of all trades:
    someone strategic and analytical that can excel at client facing duties such as presenting and consultative business development.

    A successful candidate will have a proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with a quick ramp up time for business growth.

    With room to grow, this position will allow you to take ownership stakes in the partnerships you cultivate.


    Role Overview:
    Lead the execution of market expansion strategy through strategic collaborations.

    Executive Support:
    Assist the VP of Strategic Partnerships in managing partner discussions and cross-functional business initiatives.

    Market Analysis and Engagement:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, identify potential partners, and nurture relationships to enhance market presence.

    Partnership Oversight:
    Assess existing partnerships, aid in launching new collaborations, and autonomously manage potential partners based on predefined metrics.
