Legal Administrative Assistant
In this role, you will work in-depth with a team of attorneys and legal professionals and will succeed if you are self-motivated, highly organized, quick-thinking, flexible, personable, confident, use sound judgment and have an unwavering attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include experience supporting c-suite executives in a law firm or legal department, and administrative or paralegal background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the office of the firm's Deputy General Counsel (DGC), including all administrative aspects for firm and divisional obligations, firm committees, and external engagements
• Prioritizes conflicting needs with respect to the DGC's calendar and other administrative needs; handles matters quickly, thoroughly, and proactively
• Works closely and effectively with the DGC to inform on upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Works closely and effectively with the small team of Legal Admin's who support the GC and other DGCs to inform on upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
• Manage complex calendar with exercise excellent judgment in handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Conduct periodic research, build reports and presentations
• Routinely handle highly confidential and complex information
• Owns various projects as directed by DGC and follows-through on projects to completion with deadline pressures
• Draft and send letters, memos, and other division communications
• Handle high volume of communications

Position Requirements
•Significant experience as an executive assistant or paralegal experience strongly preferred
•Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
•Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response
•Able to work independently, confidently, and proactively; demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Strong proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe Pro
•Strong verbal communication skills with experience communicating with leaders internally and externally
•Excellent written communication skills with ability to draft clear, concise correspondence and memos
